We offer a Roof Management Program, that includes a written report along with pictures, suggestions, and work performed.  More importantly we eliminate the need for the property manager/property owner to have to remember when to schedule each roof inspection, as we keep it on file and automatically update each account as needed per the contract, until directed otherwise.  For example, if your firm decides to contract us to implement a tailored Roof Management Program for your XYZ Office Building, we will in turn determine the appropriate maintenance schedule (typically bi-annual), and will perform the inspection and maintenance automatically every sixth month and send all reports back to you for your records.  Remember, that a lot of money can be saved with maintaining a roof, you might compare it to an oil change for your car.
